2021 ACOSA Awards Nominations
ACOSA invites you to nominate candidates for the following categories:
- Career Achievement Award
- Mid-Career Award
- Emerging Scholar Award
- Doctoral Student Award
- Outstanding Practitioner Award
- Outstanding Student Award
These awards honor meritorious contributions to macro practice.
The awards committee will review all nominations with careful attention to depth and diversity in the fields of community and organizational practice. We welcome all nominees and especially encourage nominations that represent the diversity of the communities in which macro practitioners work, including Black and Indigenous nominees as well as nominees of color. Further, we will give special consideration to nominees whose work demonstrates a commitment to action on issues of racial justice, anti-racist scholarship and practice, and work that amplifies the voices of marginalized communities.
Nominations are due October 1, 2021. Award recipients will be notified by early-November.
